Our approach
We align design, cost and programme from the start of every project, so decisions are made with a full understanding of their implications rather than being corrected later under pressure. On new fit-outs and shell and core developments, that means establishing the right brief and specification at the outset.
On refurbishments and repositioning projects, it means understanding the condition and constraints of the existing asset before the design strategy is set. Client-side coordination is maintained throughout, with a single point of accountability above the delivery team.
