I am always delighted when LXA are successful in securing projects that I am involved with, as I have complete confidence in their ability to understand a brief, respond creatively, and deliver well-considered solutions from the outset. They are highly professional, collaborative and easy to work with, which reflects positively in front of stakeholders and business owners. Importantly, LXA consistently focus on delivering what is right for the project, rather than allowing personal agendas or design ego to drive decision-making. LXA have always demonstrated a strong focus on programme delivery and reliability. I have never missed a project deadline on schemes where they have been involved.

This is an amazing team. They are always available and sort out any issues with a smile. We felt we were part of a family that cared as much for our project as we did ourselves. I would highly recommend LXA to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

We instructed LXA as project managers and quantity surveyors for the relocation of our head office. LXA managed the project for us from start to finish, dealing with the contractor, contract administration and all the changes we wanted to make as we went along. There was a real need for speed to move into our newly refurbished office in the timescales agreed at the outset and are delighted with this new chapter in our development. I can highly recommend LXA to other business users to manage their change effectively and efficiently.

The LXA team took complete control of our recent refurbishment, and did a great job! Totally trustworthy, diligent and fun to work with, we would definitely recommend them to others.

LXA have an infectious enthusiasm and passion for the hospitality sector and have played a key role in our plans to develop our retail and hospitality offering on site into something quite unique. We found great value in their ability to bring both their operational and creative expertise to the designs giving us confidence that not only will it look great, it will also be fit for purpose. All of the team have been focused and friendly. A pleasure to work with.

The nursery is beautiful and I’m delighted to be leading the team here at Old Street. We’ve been involved in the design right from the early stages and advised exactly how we wanted the rooms to look. The resources have been carefully chosen to provide rich opportunities for learning and development.

We've had the pleasure of working with LXA across a number of complex refurbishment and heritage projects, including live school environments and most recently a high-profile foreign embassy in London. This integrated approach streamlines decision-making, improves coordination and helps resolve challenges quickly, providing real benefits to both the client and the construction team. Beyond their technical capability, the LXA team are approachable, professional and genuinely enjoyable to work with.
