Hospitality

Hospitality

We work with hotels and restaurants across new openings and existing properties. Our sector knowledge means we understand the relationship between design quality, operational reality and project delivery, and how these elements need to be seamlessly integrated.

Wellness

Wellness

Gyms, spas, wellness facilities and members’ clubs each have their own operational and technical demands, from ventilation and acoustics to water treatment and specialist flooring, that need resolving at design stage rather than worked around later. We bring the same integrated approach to these venues as we do across our other sectors, so design, cost and programme move together from the outset. That means every wellness space is functional as well as beautiful, built to support both member experience and day-to-day operations.

Education

Education

Every education project has a community of staff, pupils and families whose daily lives depend on the success of the built environment in meeting their educational needs. Term dates, safeguarding requirements and operational continuity are vital considerations. Our expertise frames how every education project is designed, planned and delivered.

Residential

Residential

Private clients and residential developers come to us for different reasons, but they all want the same thing, namely a team that they can trust, to communicate with clarity and make the process enjoyable and as stress free as possible. We lead prime and super-prime residential projects, including refurbishments and new builds for private clients and residential developers. Every project receives the same level of care, transparency and personal accountability.
