Our approach
Prime residential projects require a unique level of personal involvement and discretion. We manage the full consultant and contractor team on behalf of the client, keep communication straightforward, and ensure the client always has a clear picture at all times across the entire project.
Managing your project team
On a residential project, the client is often coordinating multiple stakeholders including interior designers, architects, specialist consultants and contractors, none of whom report to each other by default. We sit above that team on the client's behalf, keeping design intent, budget and programme aligned across all parties, so the client has one point of contact.
