Case Study Overview
Cadogan is the refurbishment of a former NHS head office in Glasgow into a CAT A+ commercial building for client Nora. We provided project management and quantity surveying.
The scheme ran from basement to sixth floor and included full demolition and strip-out, in-filling the existing atrium to gain additional floor area on every level, and a new roof terrace carrying solar PV. Site restraints delayed the programme, and holding the high-end finish within budget took close cost management throughout; the completed building is all-electric, with a cinema, wellness suites, a gym and EV charging points, run locally from our Manchester office.
