Case Study Overview
Chelsea Barracks is a super-prime residential development in Belgravia consisting of a mix of apartment blocks and townhouses.
Our work has ranged from the full fit-out of a townhouse from shell and core, covering MEP and hard finishes, to the light refurbishment of six of the estate’s largest townhouses ahead of their release to market, coordinating resources, timelines and budgets. Following completion, Chelsea Barracks has achieved some of the highest values per square foot recorded in London.
