Case Study Overview
Grosvenor Crescent is one of London’s most recognisable addresses.
We were engaged to provide project management and cost consultancy for post-purchase upgrades to the developer’s spec on two of the townhouses, covering full redecoration and reconfiguration of the circulation spaces, new joinery and AV, and additional bathrooms and entertainment areas. The existing finishes were already exceptional and had to be protected throughout, and both fit-outs were delivered on a short programme and held to the budget agreed.
