Realising overseas concepts in the UK
A design created overseas still has to work within UK building regulations, planning requirements and construction standards, and that gap is where projects most often lose the concept's original intent. We bridge that gap directly, checking the design is realistically buildable and translating it into a UK-compliant technical package without diluting the concept, then managing delivery on the ground so the designer doesn't need a UK presence to see their project built.
