About LXA London
LXA London provides trusted leadership for ambitious projects, bringing together design proficiency, commercial intelligence and delivery expertise to create exceptional outcomes. We have over 25 years of experience, across hospitality & wellness, education, residential and commercial projects throughout the UK and Europe. LXA London is regulated by the RICS.

Our story
For more than 25 years, trust has been earned through the way we lead projects, build relationships and deliver on our promises. We started with a simple belief: ambitious projects deserve leadership equal to their ambition.
Over time we have built a practice that brings every discipline a project might need into a single team, working across hospitality, wellness, education, residential and commercial projects.
Clients came back. They referred us. They trusted us with more. That trust became our reputation.
Meet the team
LXA is built on the quality of its people. Our team brings together project managers, cost consultants, design managers, and technical specialists with experience across some of the most complex and demanding developments in the Middle East and beyond.
While each discipline brings its own expertise, we work as one team. That collaborative approach allows us to see projects from every angle, make better-informed decisions, and provide clients with joined-up advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Our people are trusted not only for their technical knowledge, but for the way they work with clients and project teams. Approachable, accountable, and committed to delivering the best possible outcome, they embody the values that have shaped LXA since the very beginning.

Values and culture
Five values that show up in how we work, not just in how we describe ourselves.
- Trust - Clients hand us their hardest decisions because they know we'll protect their interests.
- Ownership - We treat every problem on a project as ours to solve, not someone else's to flag.
- Precision - The details are where projects succeed or fail, so we get them right the first time.
- Momentum - We keep projects moving forward, not just moving through meetings.
- Invested Partnership - We stay close to a project long after the contract is signed.

Recognition
At LXA, design, delivery and cost sit in the same team, so what's drawn is what gets built. We've worked this way for over 25 years. Our core services are interior design, project management and cost consultancy, delivered by the same team whether you need one discipline or all three.
We also support projects with building surveying and procurement, brought in where a project's technical or supply chain needs call for it. Successful projects depend on timely decisions and clear leadership. That's the role we play.
Community
We are committed to responsible practice in how we work and the projects we deliver. LXA is a proud supporter of Duchenne UK, raising funds annually for this and other important causes.
