Avenue Road is a seven bedroom private residence in St John’s Wood, extended substantially through the addition of a 4,000 sqft basement as part of a super-prime residential refurbishment.
An key constraint was the aggressive programme which resulted in the whole project designed to occupation, completing in under 22 months.
