Case Study Overview
Garden House is a bold, contemporary new-build country house in Northamptonshire, set in the grounds of a Grade II listed 16th century farmhouse and designed by Duncan Greenaway.
We worked alongside Greenaway Architecture as project & construction managers, and cost consultants on the five-bedroom home, managing the budget through the constraints of a conservation area and a tightly clustered group of existing buildings and Covid. The house is beautifully engineered, with open-plan living and long views across the grounds, and has since been featured in Grand Designs Magazine and The Telegraph.
