Case Study Overview
Maids of Honour Row is a Grade I listed Georgian terrace overlooking Richmond Green, known for its proportions and its architectural character.
The brief covered internal decorations, new flooring, mechanical and electrical upgrades, bespoke lighting and bespoke joinery. We were engaged as cost consultants and contract administrators, managing and achieving the budget through discovery of significant asbestos in the property.
