Linnaean
Case Study Overview
Linnaean is a hair and beauty salon, café restaurant and lifestyle store set over two floors in Nine Elms, taken from a base-build shell. We provided project management and cost consultancy throughout.
The brief moved considerably: what began as a hair salon became a combined hair, restaurant and café offer, later adding medical aesthetics and treatments. Delivering a high-end aesthetic against a limited budget was the constant tension, held through a six-month programme.
