Case Study Overview

The Scoop, Union Street is a ground to fourth floor office refurbishment and rebuild for TBH Property, combining façade retention with a new basement level and roof terrace.

Working alongside architects Corstorphine & Wright, we procured the construction packages on the client’s behalf. An incoming tenant’s fixed move-in date set the programme. The Scoop won the Architects’ Choice Brick Award in 2024.
