Case Study Overview
Mishcon de Reya, an independent law firm with an international footprint, appointed us to refurbish their London office inside the Grade II listed Africa House.
The floors were reconfigured into private offices, open-plan working areas, breakout rooms and staff kitchens. A tight site, multiple landlord and tenant stakeholders, and parts of the building staying operational throughout meant sequencing carried both the programme and the cost plan.
