Case Study Overview
David M Robinson is a British jewellery and Rolex retailer. We partnered with them to remake their flagship store at Liverpool One, and have since continued the relationship at Canary Wharf and The Peninsula Hotel London.
The flagship store expanded by 72% to a fixed cost plan and a live-store programme that kept the rest of the shop trading throughout, across VIP areas, a private dining space for 12 guests with a champagne bar, a soundproofed media room, a dedicated Rolex showroom and an enlarged jewellery and watch workshop. It is the largest expansion the brand has undertaken.
