Buckingham Gate
Case Study Overview
58 Buckingham Gate is the London headquarters for Dukes Education, bringing their operations onto one site.
The building is arranged in three sections, with office space front and rear and a central atrium reworked as a hub for training and collaboration. Biophilic elements and natural light run throughout, and the building includes a gymnasium, spin studio, auditorium and meeting rooms. Three very different building types, delivered on a fast-track programme that made cost control and sequencing the core of the job.
