Case Study Overview
Dobbies Garden Centres is undergoing a planned series of refurbishments across its estate. We were appointed to provide brand identity and interior design for the first project in that series.
The work involved a major review of service style and customer journey: store layout, how customers move from outdoor to indoor spaces, and where the eateries sit in relation to the busier retail zones. The intention is a more intuitive store that carries Dobbies’ heritage into later phases of the wider portfolio.
