Case Study Overview
Grosvenor Gardens is a commercial refurbishment adjacent to Buckingham Palace, for West End Investments Group. We provided project management and cost consultancy under a traditional contract inside strict cost parameters set at the outset.
A pre-tender delay put early pressure on the programme and a budget that did not move with inflation. We resequenced the works around a run of late changes driven by the landlord’s leasing activity during construction, maintaining both programme and commercial position throughout.
