Case Study Overview
Sapient, an integrated marketing and technology company within the Publicis Group, relocated from Liverpool Street into newly fitted-out offices in Clerkenwell, bringing its London operations onto a single site.
A delayed lease completion put early pressure on the programme, and the budget was then halved mid-design. We restructured delivery by separating the furniture and construction packages, maintaining the cost and allowing a phased relocation.
