40 Chancery Lane is the London office of Saatchi & Saatchi, part of the Publicis Group, transformed across seven floors into bright, functional workspaces for a fast-paced creative team. We provided project management and cost consultancy on a Category B design and build fit-out.
The client’s lease expiry set a deadline that could not move. We balanced a high-end brand identity against a fixed cost base.
