Case Study Overview
Stuart House is a Grade II listed residence in Chelsea that a previous contractor had left in poor condition.
Working alongside SHH Architects, AV consultant SMC, MEP consultant Priory and interior designer Four & More, we acted as the key point of liaison between the client and the wider design team for the full alteration and refurbishment. Taking on project management and cost consultancy, we rebuilt the programme and cost plan the previous contractor had left in disarray, a process the client had previously found difficult. The scheme was completed within an extremely tight timescale.
