Shawfield House
Case Study Overview
Shawfield House is a super-prime private residence in Chelsea, which we took from purchase through to completion in two years.
The finished house runs over four floors from basement to second, with a swimming pool, gym, spa, cinema and staff accommodation. The site was exceptionally tight, with little room for construction activity, and the programme moved quickly to meet the client's timeline.
