3 Park Mews East

3 Park Mews East came to us as a disaster recovery. The previous contractor had left partway through, and we began by surveying what was already built to produce a new schedule of completion.

We then provided construction management for the remaining packages: dry lining, plastering, decoration, joinery and glazing, much of it turning on what could be salvaged from materials whose quality and availability varied across the property. The finished home has three bedrooms, two en-suites, open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, and a ground floor gym and garage, and the client has since returned to us with further work.
