St James School

St James School’s boys’ and girls’ sites sit in Kensington, where we have delivered a rolling programme of interior design, project management and cost consultancy.

The work has included turning a near-derelict outbuilding into a series of learning spaces for the prep school, and building a new sixth form centre, library, teaching spaces and science labs for the senior school, alongside fit-out extensions, additional classrooms, nursery refurbishments and ongoing external maintenance and repair. Every phase runs inside a tight Kensington site and inside the window of a school holiday, which is what makes the programme and the cost plan inseparable.
