Hampton Court

Hampton Court House is a Grade II listed 18th century building providing independent day education for children aged 2 to 18, from pre-nursery through to sixth form.

Our involvement began before the school was bought, with pre-acquisition condition and due diligence surveys that helped reduce the purchase price and secure an indemnity against unapproved works to the listed building. We have since provided building surveying and cost consultancy, obtaining the statutory approvals each phase requires and working around a live, operating school, with the historic fabric maintained and preserved throughout.
