Eaton Square Senior

Case Study Overview
106 Piccadilly is a Grade I listed building designed by Robert Adam, home to Eaton Square Senior School for Dukes Education. We provided interior design, project management and cost consultancy, working with architects Donald Insall Associates, contractor Grangewood and MEP consultant Priory Mechanical to fit new classrooms and teaching spaces into Robert Adam’s original room proportions without losing them.
The building had stood derelict, and an incredibly tight site combined with a fixed September term date left under a year to complete. The school opened on time for the start of term, on budget, and the once-derelict building was brought back to life.
