Case Study Overview
Eaton Square Junior School needed a full external and internal refurbishment before taking occupation in September. The previous occupier had left only three months earlier.
Interiors were designed for pupils aged 2 to 11, with spaces shaped around early development. The deadline could not move, which is what put the budget under pressure, and we ran the works fast-track to have the building ready for occupation in September as planned.
