Anstey Manor School
Case Study Overview
Anstey Manor is the conversion of an outdated property into a new SEND school for Cavendish Education, and we were involved since before the site was bought.
The scope ran from design through delivery, covering science labs, food technology rooms, teaching classrooms, a gymnasium, arts studios, a performing arts centre and external works, with interiors designed around the sensory needs of SEND pupils. The school opened for the September 2026 term, on time and on budget.
