Five Projects and Counting: Our Partnership with The Grove

A partnership built project by project

The best measure of a client relationship is whether they come back. Our work with The Grove Café & Restaurant began with a single appointment and has grown into one of our most valued partnerships in the region.

LXA has now delivered three major projects for the group, and on the strength of those results we have been awarded two more, in Dubai and Sharjah.

Our most recent delivery: The Grove, Al Ain

On The Grove in Al Ain, LXA acted as Project Manager and Cost Consultant, managing programme, cost and consultant coordination from the early stages through to completion. Working closely with the design team at shell+core and the contractor team on site, we made sure the design intent was carried through into the finished space.
