25 Years of Making It Happen

A quarter of a century

Twenty-five years is a long time in any business. In ours, it means thousands of decisions, countless site visits, late nights before handovers and early mornings before launches. It means projects of every shape and size, across the UK, the Middle East and beyond.

Over the past months, our anniversary campaign has given us the chance to look back at where we've come from. As it draws to a close, one thing stands out above everything else: none of it happened by accident, and none of it happened alone.

It has always been about people

We describe what we do as trusted leadership for ambitious projects. But trust isn't something a company has on its own. It's built, project by project, by the people who turn up, take ownership and see things through.

That's why we wanted to end this campaign not with a list of achievements, but with a thank you.

To our team, past and present

To everyone who has worked at LXA over the last 25 years: thank you. Every project we're proud of carries your hard work. You've solved problems no one saw coming, held things together under pressure and set the standard that our clients have come to expect.

To those who have moved on, you remain part of our story. Many of the ways we work today were shaped by you, and we're grateful for everything you brought.

To those with us now, thank you for carrying that standard forward and raising it.

Thank you for trusting us with your ambitions. Some of you have been with us for many years; others have joined more recently. Every brief is a vote of confidence, and we never take it for granted. Your projects have challenged us, stretched us and made us better at what we do.

Great projects are never delivered by one firm. To the consultants, contractors, suppliers and partners we've worked alongside, thank you. The relationships we've built with you, across the UK and the Middle East, are a big part of why we can deliver for our clients the way we do.

Here's to the next 25

Anniversaries are a chance to look back, but they're also a reminder of what comes next. We're entering our next chapter with the same commitment that got us here: to lead with integrity, to look after our clients and to keep making it happen.

We couldn't have done the first 25 years without you. We're looking forward to the next 25 together.
