Case Study Overview
H10 London Waterloo is a four-star hotel on the South Bank, part of the Spanish H10 Group, with 177 guest rooms finished in natural light, warm materials and sleek finishes for an understated luxury feel. We were appointed as project manager and cost consultant for the new build, taking control of delivery from the ground up, introducing a new project team, and holding it to a fixed cost plan throughout.
Alongside the bedrooms, the hotel holds conferencing facilities, a gym, dining and private dining rooms, and a spa.
