Em Sherif

Case Study Overview
Em Sherif at Harrods is the brand’s eleventh restaurant and its first in Europe, for the Lebanese fine dining group founded by chef patron Mireille Hayek and recognised by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants as one of the top female-led restaurants to watch.
Working with branding designer Ramy Boutros, the work demanded precision and sensitivity, setting a contemporary restaurant inside a listed heritage building without disturbing the architecture around it, and holding the cost plan while Harrods remained fully operational throughout the fit-out, so every delivery, closure and noisy operation had to work around a live store.
