Case Study Overview
Cantinetta is a Tuscan-inspired restaurant just off Sloane Street in Knightsbridge: a ground floor bar and open-plan dining room with outdoor seating, and a first floor private dining room with its own wine display and acoustic separation.
Delivery ran from conception to completion. Linking a roof-mounted plant room down to the basement kitchen and wine cellar was the governing technical problem, resolved alongside a finish that runs to gold leaf detailing, timber floors and panelled ceilings.
