Case Study Overview

Forty Seven is a boutique hotel inside the historic Lancashire House in Manchester, with 32 bedrooms including duplex and signature suites.

We took on interior design, project management and cost consultancy, setting bold contemporary interiors against the building’s heritage rather than concealing it, and carrying that through procurement and on site within the budget agreed at the outset. The hotel is also home to Asha’s, a Michelin Guide-listed restaurant, and The Peterman, the basement bar we designed under the same appointment.
